Shipping and Delivery Policy Shipping Destinations We ship exclusively to all countries in the European Union (including Slovakia). No shipments outside the EU. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and size. The total price, including shipping and VAT, is clearly displayed before you confirm and pay your order. No additional or hidden fees apply. Delivery Arrangements and Times Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Goods will be delivered no later than 30 calendar days from the order date, unless we contact you to agree on a different timeline (e.g., for delays). Estimated delivery times after dispatch: Slovakia: 3-5 business days Other EU countries: 5-10 business days We use reliable carriers: Slovenská pošta, GLS, DPD, or Packeta.
